How long will it take for my furniture to be delivered?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger items like sofas and dining sets, our specialized freight partners will contact you to schedule a specific delivery window.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.
Do you offer assembly services for your products?
Most of our furniture is designed for easy DIY assembly with tools included. However, we do offer premium 'White Glove' delivery and assembly services in select zip codes for an additional fee.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Bargaintown furniture comes with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Extended protection plans are also available for purchase at checkout.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
