At Bargaintown, we want you to love your home furnishings; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes, including all hardware and instruction manuals, and clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the outside.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, or contact us to schedule a pickup for oversized furniture.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
